King for a Day - by Luanne
Hi! everyone it's me Luanne with a card to share.Before anything else I would like to say thank you to all who joined our giveaway and congratulations again to Carla, her package is already at the hands of the post office. :)
Today's card is using an image from Mo's Digital Pencil - King for a Day. An office mate asked me if I can make her a card for her husband whose Birthday is this Saturday. So here is my card. Image is colored with Faber Castell color pencils (399,397,383,380,392,387,321,326). I learned a new trick for smooth shading when using color pencils and to use an eraser, I just love the outcome.
My card is using a white vellum board, zulu black for matte and dp from Bo Bunny timeless collection. Edges are inked and distressed. I used the same ribbon from my post below. The chipboard is from maya road I inked it with ranger distress ink tea dye, brick red and versafine onyx black. The sentiment is from SRM stickers and added a balloon bunch using sizzlits die.
